This is what happened!
You’ve set up a goal in the app, you saw your goal in the dashboard before. Today you open the app, it looks like your goal is missing from the dashboard.
You have checked the goals dashboard screen but it’s not there either.
You don’t know what happened to your app, you think it’s a bug or something and you want to resolve that.
Did you know
If a goal is finished, you will not be able to see it in the dashboard, but you still can see it in the Past goals area.
Doesn’t matter if a goal is accomplished or in-accomplished, as long as it has not been deleted, you can always find the past goals in the Past goals area.
If a goal is linked with an account and that account’s consent expires, the data is removed and so is the goal.
If you proactively delete a goal, you will not be able to see it again, even in the Past goals area.
If the goals widget is disabled (or hidden) from the dashboard, your goals are still there in the system.
Here are a few tips to help you resolve your issue:
1. Check if your goal is completed
Go to the goals dashboard by tapping on the View all button at top right of the widget
Navigate to the bottom of the goals dashboard screen, if you have completed goals, there should be a button called Past goals and you can open the next screen to see your past goals (accomplished or in-accomplished)
If there is no ‘Past goals’ button on the goals dashboard screen, unfortunately, your goal is not in the system
2. Check if your consent has expired
One problem you may see is that your consent has expired. You can check this by going to Data Sharing > Check the provider you had your goal linked to.
In this instance, unfortunately all your transactions got removed from the system, you have to re-consent your account and create a new goal
To avoid this scenario, please renew your consents before the expiry date
3. Check if your goals widget is hidden
If you don’t see the Goals widget in your dashboard, it might get hidden.
To check and enable the Goals widget, navigate to the bottom of the dashboard screen (Or open Settings > Dashboard Settings).
In the Customise Dashboard screen, check if Goals is under the ‘Disabled’ section. If so, just tap on the plus (+) button to enable it or drag Goals from Disabled and drop to Enabled.
Still having a problem? Here are some options:
Option 1: Delete the app and reinstall it fresh
