This is what happened!
I can see my transactions in the transactions list.
The issue happens to both credit and debit transactions.
I’ve tried to refresh the data but the transactions don’t show up.
I’ve waited one day but still don’t see the transactions.
I don’t know what’s happening as other transactions are still coming.
Did you know
We only receive the data sent via direct bank APIs.
When a bank experiences an issue with its APIs this will result in missing transactions.
We don’t have any means to know if users are missing transactions unless they report the issue to us.
Sometimes performing a manual refresh can help resync data with the bank, you may get more transactions after the bank fixes its issue.
In many cases, transactions are not missing, they just come through at a later date.
Here are a few tips to help you resolve your issue:
1. Pull to refresh to get data synced
On the Accounts screen, pull the whole screen down then release to refresh.
Wait several minutes to get data synced
Check the transactions list again. You may want to use Search and filter function to find your transactions.
Check account details screen where it has less transactions than the whole transactions list, it’s easier to see.
2. Wait few more days for the bank to fix and sync transactions again
no action required
Still having a problem? Here are some options:
Option 1: Withdraw the current consent and re-consent again
By this way, the system will sync a new set of data, expecting all transactions will be showing up
You may lose your budgets, goals if you have already set up them with the accounts withdrawn consent
Option 2: Contact your bank telling them your problem
They are the data holder, so they can check their system, if it’s a bug on their side, they can fix it and other customers like you will not see that issue again
Sometimes the customer support center doesn’t have enough information about Open Banking, so they may not be able to give you the best outcome
