This is what happened!

  • You have successfully linked your account

  • Your transactions have merchant logos on it

  • Some of your transactions have the wrong merchant and category on it

Did you know

  • Our platform takes transactions from 104 banks

  • We need look at each bank and try and find the merchant associated to that transaction

  • We use the latest in machine learning to deliver the best experience to you.

  • Every 2 weeks we have released to fix our machine learning models.

Here are a few tips to help you resolve your issue:

1. Recategorising your transactions & changing the transaction description

If we have the merchant name wrong you change the description of the transaction by:

  1. Tapping on the transaction

  2. Tapping on the underlined description

  3. Type the name you want for the transaction

  4. It will save automatically.

2. Report an issue

By reporting an issue we can fix this transactions for you as part of our continual improvement process.

How to do this:

  1. Tapping on the transaction

  2. Tapping on the “report an issue” button at the bottom the screen

  3. Provide details on what is wrong with the transactions.

  4. We will add to this to our backlog of improvements and update at the next earliest opportunity
