My transaction is incorrectly categorised

This is what happened!

  • Your transactions came in from your banks

  • Frollo machine learning engine identified the merchant and categorized it accordingly

  • The category and/or merchant are incorrect in your app

Here are a few tips to help you resolve your issue:

1. Close the app completely and reopen it again

  • To update the category, tap on the category field and change it to the correct one

  • The app currently doesn’t allow users to update the merchant. However, you can report the incorrect merchant by sending us a feedback. The feedback is at the bottom of the transaction details screen.

Our machine-learning model is constantly being improved to achieve perfect accuracy in detecting merchants and categories. This means that the app will display more precise merchants and categories for you going forward.
