This is what happened!

  • You linked your financial accounts to the app

  • You added manual asset and liability accounts to the app

  • Your accounts are labeled incorrectly as an asset or liability

Here are a few tips to help you resolve your issue:

1. Close the app completely and reopen it again

  • To check the account type, go to the Account Settings screen by tapping on the cog wheel icon at the top right corner of the Account Detail screen

  • If the account type is correct, report the problem to your support centre.

2. Double check if your accounts are assigned to the right type

If you believe that your accounts are not assigned to the correct account type, you can update the account type by going to Account Settings.

To access Account Settings, tap on the account > select the cogwheel icon at the top right and view the account type. Update to change the bucket or type of account if it is incorrect.
