My Bills have vanished

This is what happened!

  • You have set up your bills, and successfully tracked them

  • Accessed the screen displaying all bills

  • There are no bills visible

Here are a few tips to help you resolve your issue:

1. Close the app completely and reopen it again

To close the app completely, please follow the appropriate steps based on your device's operating system.

  • To close an app on Android, swipe it away from the Recent Apps screen, or tap 'Clear all' to close all apps at once.

  • To close an app on iOS, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access the app switcher, swipe left or right to find the app, and then swipe up on the app to close it. You can also close multiple apps at once by swiping up with multiple fingers.
