The consequences of consent expiry

After your consent stops, either because it expires or you withdraw the consent, you will no longer be able to see your data on Frollo app or use it for the purpose of personal financial management.

This means:

Any personalisation and customisation to this data will be deleted forever.

This includes all:

  • Bills, goals and budgets that you have set up with these accounts and transactions.

  • Buckets and categories, custom descriptions, tags and notes that you have applied to these transactions will be deleted.

Even after you create a new consent with the same accounts:

  • You will not be able to retrieve these customisation and personalisation again. You may need to redo all of these.

  • When viewing your data in the Cashflow area or in the Portfolio, you only see maximum of 13 months worth of data.
