You've passed the biometric challenge step
You are seeing the black screen and you are unable to see other screens
Did you know?
This issue affects specific Pixel models.
It may occur after updating your operating system (e.g., Android 14 to Android 15).
While this is beyond our control, we're doing our best to assist you.
We believe the issue is caused by a missing fingerprint after the OS update.
The best way to resolve this is to recover the fingerprint on your Google Pixel device.
How to resolve the black screen issue on Google Pixel devices
Steps to recover the fingerprint in Google pixel device -
Open the Settings app.
Navigate: Security & privacy .
Enter the current PIN, password, or pattern.
Tap Fingerprint Unlock
Perform one of the following:
Remove Fingerprint(s)
Tap the Delete icon to the far right of the fingerprint you wish to remove.
Tap Delete.
Tap Add fingerprint.
Up to 5 fingerprints can be registered on the device.
Using the on-screen prompts as a guide, lightly tap the fingerprint sensor on the screen of your device multiple times to scan your fingerprint.
Tap ‘Done’ if finished or ‘Add fingerprint’ to continue adding fingerprints.
Logout the Frollo app & Login again with the new fingerprint.
