Frollo has made connecting your joint accounts easy with our new Data Sharing menu, which allows you to connect multiple accounts and view your information in one safe place.

We have enabled Joint Account linking with CDR and Aggregation (Yodlee). With CDR only Tier 1 banks are enabled: ANZ, Commbank, Westpac, NAB, RAB - all other banking providers are being onboarded to the CDR (Open Banking) Regime during 2021.

Please note: Connecting with CDR across the Big 4 Banks has specific workflows that may create some initial issues when initiating these consents.

To link your Joint Account with CDR you need to follow these steps in your banking app first:

ANZ Go into the banking App:

Navigate to Settings > then Manage data sharing and select Sharing enabled before you attempt to consent inside the Frollo App

CBA - Go into the banking App:

Navigate to Settings > then Manage data sharing and select Sharing enabled before you attempt to consent inside the Frollo App

Westpac - Go into the banking App:

Navigate to Settings > then Data Sharing > and select Manage consents to send data > select Joint Account Management enabled before you attempt to consent inside the Frollo App.

NAB Go into the banking App:

Navigate to Settings > then Manage data sharing and select Sharing enabled before you attempt to consent inside the Frollo App

After both parties have completed the steps in your banking app you will be able to follow the normal consent steps to select a Joint Account using CDR in Frollo.

Please raise a support ticket so we can assist you if you are experiencing issues with
Joint Accounts.

To link your Joint Account with Yodlee, follow these steps:

Step 1: Select the 'Accounts' tab and press the + (top right-hand corner)

Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "See more banks"

Step 3: Search for the bank you want to link

Step 4: Select the bank that has (Yodlee) next to it e.g. Virgin Money (Yodlee)

Follow the consent steps in the app.
