We have introduced the 'Bills' feature that allows you to manage your bills in one easy-to-use area.
In the Bill Details menu you can adjust the following categories:
Bill Name - this is automatically collected from your provider's details within your account, so there are times when it doesn't make sense.
Amount - if your provider changes the amount due on a scheduled payment you can update it manually here to remind you of the upcoming expense
Billing Period - select how often you're billed (Annual, Biannual, Fortnightly, Every 4 weeks, Irregular, Monthly, Quarterly, Weekly)
Next Due date - change the date to any future date
To apply these changes follow these steps:
Step 1: Select the Settings menu
Step 2: Select Bills
Step 3: Select the Bill you need to adjust
Step 4: Change the name of the Biller by pressing into the edit space on the name
Step 5: Change the Amount by selecting the current amount and type in the new billable amount
Step 6: Select the Billing Period, then select whichever period fits the cycle
Step 7: Select Next Due, and change the date to the next due date on your billing invoice
