Frollo’s super-smart bill engine will usually know when you’ve paid a bill – even when you’ve paid early. However, every now and again you may need to manually mark a bill as paid.

Luckily, this is a really easy process! Simply head over to your bill payment area, and find the bill you want to mark as paid.

Step 1: Review your transactions and select one that should be categorised as a bill

- If you’re an iPhone user, slide left.

- If you're an Android user, you’ll tap and hold on to the payment.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Mark as Paid’ option, and your job is done.
